Joining Le Lab is completely free. To become a member, simply log in to your customer account with your usual email address and activate your access from your profile. If you don’t have an account yet, just create one to get started.

Le Lab is Omy Laboratoires’ very first loyalty program. Designed as a natural extension of our promise of personalization, it rewards your engagement with tailored perks: rewards, expert advice, and exclusive access to our latest launches: for an evolving, enriching, and fully personalized experience.

Your tier depends on the total amount of your purchases made from September 26, 2025; all members start at $0 in Le Lab. If you have an active subscription to a personalized product, you will be automatically assigned to the Elite Tier. Each year, on the program’s anniversary date (September 26), all loyalty tiers are automatically reviewed. Your assigned tier will be based on the total purchases accumulated between September 26 of the previous year and September 25 of the current year.

Level 1 ($0–$299) – Discovery
Level 2 ($300–$599) – Exploration
Level 3 ($600+) – Expertise
Level 4 (Active subscription to a personalized product) – Elite
